Synopsis

Moon Knight, Spider-Man, and Punisher are chasing the Secret Empire, but lose them. Punisher contacts Microchip and gets him to run an ownership search on the headquarters he discovered back in #19. It turns out that the same company owns an under-construction shopping mall in Manhattan. Jeff Wilde awakes in some sort of laboratory, being tended to by a nurse. The Ten are watching them on monitors. Number One states that they are to launch their missile ahead of schedule. The team sneak into the mall but the alarm gets triggered. They catch Number One, who says that Jeff is dead. Moon Knight comes close to killing him, but Spider-Man stops him. Elsewhere, Jeff is being tended to by the nurse again, who says that she, too, is a captive. Jeff thinks Moon Knight left him to die and he vows vengeance.
